David Lee Roth Hates the Clash

By far, one of the highlights of the last Big Digits tour was being exposed to a little piece of amazing video courtesy of Chunklet and our Pittsburgh host, Nick Falwell (pictured to the left).

In this video, David Lee Roth displays the full behemoth of his rock n' roll monster personality. Wilin' on whiskey, cocaine, and adrenaline, Diamond Dave makes a number of absurd assertions, most notably calling out The Clash. You simply have to watch it to gain full spectrum on the matter -- although, I'm not sure what was better: watching the actual video or Nick's impression of the video he did when he couldn't get the dvd to work his PS2.



And, in searching for the above video, I came across this other vintage vignette which provides a little more context to the situation.
